Is Teeth Whitening Right For You ? - What Can You Expect
You can remove your tooth stains in the comfort and convenience of your own home by using the same teeth whitening kits that are used by your dentist. Generally most people see an improvement of at least 3 - 5 shades, some as much as much as 7 shades of whiter teeth in as little as 20 days
However so as to avoid disappointment it is important to remember that you can only whiten your teeth back to their natural shade, your natural genetic shade. As people age their teeth discolour through a variety of reasons:-
• Antibiotics taken as a child
• Diet (caffeine, curries or red wine and other foodstuffs)
• Tobacco
• Lifestyle
Surface or internal tooth stains caused by the above can be removed and can give you whiter, brighter teeth.
These teeth whitening kits are exactly the same as those used by your dentist, and contain the same whitening ingredients. By easily making your own tooth whitening trays you can save hundreds of pounds that you would be charged at the dentist. Having your teeth whitened needn't be expensive or involve a trip to the dentist.
